Operations ManagerNarelle joined Communication Extra after 12 years of working in diverse roles with the Can Do Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in disability services and management consultation, with expertise to ensure NDIS provider standards are met and that clients receive the best possible service from our Support Coordinators. Narelle is committed to taking care of staff wellbeing and maintaining a positive workplace for all.

Michelle Godfrey works alongside our Principal and Senior Support Coordinator to support in reaching our large National client base. Michelle has come from a corporate background where she prides herself on maintaining fast, friendly and efficient customer service. Michelle's goal is to provide personal and rewarding assistance using her developing Auslan skills. Michelle involves herself in the Deaf community by participating in Deaf events and socialising with Deaf and Hard of hearing friends.

Cheryl is a CODA and has used Auslan to communicate her entire life. Growing up in the Deaf community Cheryl is confident and comfortable when interacting with Deaf and hard-of-hearing people.
Cheryl is able to adapt to the personal needs of the Deaf community members where she can see a communication barrier. Cheryl has extensive experience working with many diverse participants addressing behaviours of concern, suicidal ideations & self-harm. Cheryl has supported social participation for many and enjoys working with participants to reach goals. |

Anna Fallah works in the National Connections team. She is a dedicated and driven team member with extensive experience in customer service, administration, and team leadership. With years of expertise, she enjoys the dynamic challenges that each day brings. Anna is always ready to offer support and feedback to ensure the best outcomes for us. Anna's impressive background in medical, allied health and large organisations allows her to manage busy schedules, provide support, and oversee critical administrative tasks. Anna's commitment to excellence is reflected in her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional communication and customer service. Any new client will meet Anna as she welcomes you aboard your Communication eXtra journey.

Jo is our Continuous Improvement Support Officer. Jo has worked as a Marketer, Employment Consultant, NDIS intake officer and in NDIS Claiming before joining Communication eXtra. Jo works alongside families with any referrals, enquiries, billing and funding. Jo has experience as a Support Coordinator and often supports the National team when requiring support. Jo has extensive customer service and administration experience and a friendly and warm nature.
Jo works on ensuring Communication eXtra is compliant with all NDIS requirements and any Federal and State legislation in our Quality and Compliance Areas. |
