Communication eXtra is made of a team of experienced, qualified and talented individuals, who have 100 years of experience in Deaf and disability service provision, casework and the NDIS between them.

Director / Senior Support Coordinator
Paul is a former NDIS Planner and worked as a Support Coordinator with genU prior to launching Communication Extra. Paul has over 35 years experience in working with deaf people and people with disability, in both Australia and the UK. Paul also has 15 years experience of business and executive management of deaf and disability service delivery. |
Operation Manager
Narelle is our Operations Manager. She joined CEx after 10 years of working in diverse roles with the Can:Do Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in disability services and management consultation, with expertise to ensure NDIS provider standards are met and that clients receive the best possible service from our Support Coordinators. Narelle is committed to taking care of staff wellbeing and maintaining a positive workplace for all. |
Support Coordinator
Sally Milner is a support coordinator, who works to empower, collaborate and provide incredible outcomes for people. She believes that with open communication, collaboration and an empowering mindset - she can strive to deliver the best outcomes possible for others. She has worked within the Deaf and hard of hearing communities for more than 20 years as both an Auslan interpreter and as an employment consultant/support worker, successfully supporting Deaf and hard of hearing people to maintain their employment - no matter the obstacle. Sally is a certified Auslan/English interpreter. |
Web & Media Developer and professional Advisor
Stuart is a qualified teacher, translator, and Developmental Educator. He has over 25 years experience in the education field as well as running his own company. Designing and maintaining websites and making short videos are some of his passions in his own spare time. Stuart also provides advice and guidance on business matters. |
