Why do we need Specialist Support Coordination?
Communication eXtra will work with case managers and other professionals to ensure that the participant gets the best and most appropriate support possible.
If a participant has Specialist Support Coordination funds in their Plan, the Support Coordinator will work with the participant and providers and/or government agencies to determine which services will be charged as Support Coordination, and which services will be charged as Specialist Support Coordination. Communication eXtra are available to be sub-contracted to an existing Coordination of Supports provider, to provide a Specialist Support Coordination service alongside the regular Coordination of Supports. |

How much does Communication eXtra cost?
